Before you write
- Product help: see the user guide and privacy overview.
- In your message, include extension version (Chromium Extensions → Cognitive Ledger → Details), browser name and version, and what you were doing when something went wrong.
- The ledger is local-only; support cannot see your sessions. Do not send full URLs, passwords, or export files unless you choose to attach an export for diagnosis.
